Baseline Investment Group was started in 2006 and, since then, has accumulated more than $5 million in real estate. Properties range from single-family homes to multi-unit apartment complexes in the Southeast, primarily in North and South Carolina. Real estate prices are much higher in the Northeast and West, so limiting our focus to the Southeast gives us more leverage and enables smaller investors to expand their portfolios in ways they could not in other areas of the country.
